Wynyard Quarter wins big

Congratulations to our development partners Architectus and Warren and Mahoney for taking out two big awards for our Wynyard Central housing and 12 Madden commercial building at the New Zealand Architecture Awards!

Panuku works closely with development partners from the outset, seeking innovative solutions that set a benchmark for marketing-leading development – a proven process that has helped achieve world-class places.   

We require the homes built in Wynyard Quarter to have at least a Homestar 7 rating and all buildings to be a minimum of a Green Star 5 rating. This international standard means that our residents and workers can be sure their homes and offices are healthy, warm and dry places Aucklanders love.
